We experienced a data center device failure that affected our AssetNG service & 3ConnectIT services from around 09:00 to 11:30 EEST. The services were working in degraded mode during this time.
We took immediate actions to restore the services as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will need to replace the faulty device, which will cause another brief downtime (5-10 minutes) in the near future.
We will notify you in advance of the scheduled maintenance work and we appreciate your understanding.
